Services Provided

Dent Dynamics specializes in paintless dent repair (PDR) services. We offer high-quality dent removal services that preserve your vehicle's original paint and bodywork.

Estimates and Payments

All service estimates are based on an initial assessment of the vehicle. Final costs may vary if additional dents or more extensive damage is discovered during the repair process. Full payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Service Time Frames

While Dent Dynamics endeavors to complete services within the estimated time frame, we cannot guarantee specific completion times due to the complex nature of PDR work. Delays may occur, and we will communicate any changes to the estimated time frame as soon as possible.

Repair Guarantee

Dent Dynamics guarantees the quality of the PDR work for as long as you own the vehicle. This guarantee does not cover new dents or damage occurring after the completed work.

Personal Property

Please remove all personal property from your vehicle prior to service. Dent Dynamics is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal items left in the vehicle during the repair process.

Vehicle Pickup

Vehicles must be picked up from 1945 Cleveland Avenue, Santa Rosa CA 95401 within two business days following the completion of service and payment. Vehicles left beyond this time may be subject to storage fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

Dent Dynamics’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the price paid for the service.

Changes to Terms of Service

Dent Dynamics reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the website. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
